Runtime & queue expectations

Queue timing can change based on demand and dataset size. This page explains what queued means, what affects start times, and when to follow up with support.

What queued means

Queued means your run is accepted and waiting for available training capacity. No action is required while queued unless validation prompts you to fix the dataset.

What affects timing

  • Current queue load when your run is submitted.
  • Dataset size and complexity.
  • Assigned tier.

When to contact support

  • Your run status has not changed for longer than expected.
  • You see repeated status errors or delivery issues.
  • You need early deletion or retention clarification.
