What data we collect
- Email address for authentication and communication.
- Training datasets uploaded by users and stored temporarily for processing.
- Payment information for billing; card details are never stored by us.
- IP address and user agent metadata for account security, fraud prevention, and admin security review. Raw IPs are kept out of first-party analytics.
- Anonymous usage analytics (page views, clicks, scroll depth, referral source, device type, country derived locally from IP) when you consent via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
How we use data
- Authentication through email + password and TOTP 2FA flows.
- Training job processing and artifact delivery.
- Communication about job progress, completion, and important updates.
- Service reliability and product improvement.
Data storage and security
- Data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption at rest.
- Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
- Security geolocation uses a local GeoLite2 country database. We do not send raw IP addresses to third-party geolocation APIs.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Data retention
- Datasets are deleted after training and applicable retention windows.
- Account data is retained while the account remains active.
- Payment records are retained for legal and accounting obligations.
- Raw analytics events are retained for 90 days. Raw security telemetry, including raw IP addresses used for fraud and abuse prevention, is retained for 90 days unless a longer period is needed for an active investigation or legal obligation.
Third-party services
- We use third-party payment processing for billing. Card details are handled entirely by the payment processor and never stored by us.
- We use third-party infrastructure and security services to operate and protect the platform.
- No personal data is sold, rented, or traded to third parties.
