How uploads work
Upload your dataset from Start Run and we'll handle transfer reliability in the background. Validation happens after upload and before payment. If validation fails, you can fix the file and retry.
Upload steps
- Upload your dataset file.
- Wait for upload confirmation before moving to payment.
- Review validation and eligibility results.
- Fix and re-upload if the file fails checks.
If an upload fails
- Check your connection and retry the upload.
- Confirm file is a .jsonl file and meets size limits (see Dataset Format).
- Try a fresh export if the file appears corrupted.
