BeaverYard provides AI/LLM fine-tuning as a service. By using BeaverYard, you agree to these terms for job submission, payment, delivery, and account use.
User responsibilities
- You represent that you own or are authorized to use all uploaded data.
- You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise unacceptable content.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment terms
- Jobs are billed as one-time purchases based on selected tier and configuration.
- Payments are non-refundable after training begins.
Data handling and retention
- Uploaded datasets are stored in S3 for processing.
- Artifacts (trained models) are stored for download after completion.
- Retention period is 30 days for tier1 and 90 days for tier2.
- After the retention period, data is permanently deleted.
Service limitations
- Training results are not guaranteed; AI outputs are approximate.
- Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis, with no SLA in Phase 1.
- Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and BeaverYard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
